How Do I Get Started?
Find your nearest location, pick a class time that works for you and come right on in! We do not require reservations at any of our locations, we just ask that you come in 15 minutes before class starts so we can get you plugged in and answer all of your questions.
What Kind of Workout Style Is FITCAMP 180?
FITCAMP 180 workouts are best described as cardio integrated weight training! Our well rounded workouts are designed to keep the monotony out of your workout and to keep you in the best shape of your life! The best thing about FITCAMP is that any age and any fitness level can participate in these workouts. We have members from 12 years old to 75 years old. There is always a place for you in our gym!

What Should I Wear To My First Session?
We encourage members to wear activewear paired with running or cross-training shoes.
How Often Should I Come to FITCAMP 180?
FITCAMP 180 classes are designed to be just the right amount of challenging to push your fitness to the next level. Doing just one workout a day, five days a week, will get you maximum results. We highly encourage taking at least one rest day per week. If you are brand new to FC 180, we will encourage you to follow our modified workout board!
What If I Have a Past Injury, Current Injury, or Mobility Restriction Can I Attend?
When suffering from a current or past injury, please consult with your doctor prior to beginning a new exercise routine. All of our are trainers are knowledgeable in modifying movements and exercises according to the individual needs of their members - all you need to do is ask!
