We will have a little fun this Saturday with a BEAT TEXAS workout! Wear your team colors even if it is, uh....orange.

Rip for the Cure! October 13th 9:00am

October is breast cancer awareness month and we're not going to let it go by without doing what we can to help! We are going to "Rip" (our word for workout-really-hard) for the Cure!

This year, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with Project31!! They do so much to support everyone affected by breast cancer. Project 31 is a great organization doing great things!

So, on October 13th at 9:00am, FitCamp 180 is hosting one big workout to support Project 31 and support breast cancer awareness! The workout is FREE to the community, but donations are expected and accepted to benefit Project 31! LET'S RAISE SOME BIG MONEY!

Make plans to be at FitCamp 180 NOW!! It's gonna be a muscle burnin', sweat drippin' good time for a good cause.

Recently, we've been challenging our members to lift a little heavier than they're used to and they are LOVING IT! Nothing boosts confidence like proving to yourself that you CAN lift it! Our members are losing weight, getting more toned and getting STRONGER! 

Lost 50 Pounds!

We are SO proud of the McKee family! Together, they lost 50 pounds during our last challenge. They showed so much heart and determination! They are “rock stars” in our community.

Everyone is welcome and able to improve. Come be a part of all of the good that is happening at FitCamp 180!!
