Jordan's Trainer Tip:

  • If you want to see results you’ve never seen, you must do things you’ve never done!
  • Go out and take a jog at Lake Hefner, take a bike ride with your spouse, do something EXTRA (that is not just an extra workout here at FITCAMP) to keep your body moving and keep the calories burning while you’re having fun doing it. 
  • Do it with a good attitude and a smile on your face knowing that you’re bettering your body.
